Dialpad - Holiday Hours

Log in to the Dialpad admin portal.

Click "Main Line".

Select "Business Hours & Call Routing".

Under Business Hours, click "Add Holiday".

From the dropdown, select the holiday you would like to add.

Click "Confirm".

Set the hours when the holiday should take effect.

Select "Closed Hours Routing" and then "Other routing options".

Upload the holiday greeting.

Holiday greetings are pre-recorded and will be sent by the Central Campus Ops team. You will simply need to upload the greeting for the respective holiday. You will not need to record any greetings.  

Click "Save changes" at the bottom.

You will now see the holiday listed under 'Holiday Hours'.

Important Note: You will not need to change the voicemail back after the holiday. The default settings will return automatically after the holiday is over.
