If you need access to send a fax, please reach out to [email protected] or call the Help Desk to get added to the Dialpad Fax Department. You will not be able to send a fax without being added to it.

If you send a fax within the General Fax line, all staff who are a part of that fax line has the ability to view your sent/received faxes.
Per your discretion - You may delete a fax once it is sent or received so that it is no longer visible those on the General Fax line.
Select your department line.
Click the dropdown next to 'Make A Call'. Select "Send A Fax".
Enter the destination fax number.
Click "Upload a file to send a fax".
Select the file you need to send.
The file cannot exceed 10 MB, or the fax won't send.
As soon as you click "Open", the file will begin to fax to the designated number.
You will know the fax has been successful by looking at the fax icon. It will indicate 'Success' once it has sent.
When a fax is received, you will be notified via your inbox.
You will also be notified within the department in Dialpad.
If preferred, you can turn off the email notifications. Do this by navigating to dialpad.com > Your Profile > Voicemail & Missed Calls and uncheck the option.
