Moving Students from Swerve to Student Leader Serving Groups.

This article will show you when a Swerve volunteer needs to be moved from Swerve to a Student
Leader serving Group. Also, how to move them between serving groups.

Swerve Students are between 5th and 8th grade, once a student moves to 9th grade, they need to be
removed from the Swerve serving group and added to a volunteer serving group.

1. Identifying the students that need to be moved.

Open your team's Swerve check-in group.

1.  Click on the Check-In Icon on the left.

2.  Select Check-in Groups.

1.  Expand Volunteer (Note: you must expand these areas, not click on them)

2.  Expand your Campus - Volunteer Check-in Area

3.  Expand your Ministry

4.  Select Swerve

You can identify the students who's requirements are no longer valid for Swerve by the tan triangle next to their name.  

Click on the name of one of the students to see what requirement is no longer valid.

In this instance, this student is now a freshman, so needs to be moved from the Swerve serving group to Student Leader and added to a position serving group.  I.e. The Ark, Guest Services, etc.

2. Removing the student from the Swerve Serving Group.

Click on the red X on the right side of the student's name.

3. Add the student to the Student Leader Serving Group.

Click on the Check-In Icon and select Check-In Groups.

1.  Expand Volunteer

2.  Expand Campus - Volunteer Check-in Area.

3.  Expand Your Ministry

4.  Select the position where the student leader will be serving.

Click the blue + on the right side of the Group Leaders bar.

Search for the student and click Select.

In the Role area, but sure to select Student Leader from the drop down.

Click Save, or if you have other students to add to this group, click Save Then Add.
