Front - How to Assign a Conversation

This article will walk you through the steps of assigning a conversation within Front App.

1. Select the Conversation you want to Assign to Someone.

- When you have a Conversation selected, it will be highlighted in blue on your left side bar.

2. On the upper right will be an "Assign" button. Click that to open a list of team members you can assign the Conversation to.

3. Click one of the names listed to assign the Conversation to that person. (You may also assign the Conversation to yourself.)

4. After that, the Conversation will be assigned to that person and will now display their name on the upper right.

If you need to reassign a Conversation that already has an assignee, you can click the team member's name on the upper right to open the list of team members again. After that, you can click a different name and the Conversation will be set to have the new assignee's name on the upper right.
