Move messages from someone to a folder.
Which condition(s) do you want to check?
There are several options you can use to forward an email, depending on the need. The simplest is to select where my name is in the To box.

What do you want to do with the message?
Again, there are many options you can select, the simplest of which is to, forward it to people or public group.
Under Step 2 click on people or public group to assign the forwarding rule.
Select the person you are forwarding to.
Click Next
Are there any exceptions?
Here, you'll apply any exceptions to the rule.
Name the rule and click Finish.
Tools > Rules...
Click New Rule
- Name the rule
- Select the condition
- Select an action
Click Save.
