Turning on HD Calling in the Dialpad app on your phone will create a better experience for receiving and making calls.
1. Click on your initials to open Dialpad settings. (In some cases, you may have a profile picture).
2. Find the "HD Calling" option under the "Advanced" section.
3. Enable HD Calling for both inbound and outbound calls.
