Log into dialpad.com.

Click the Admin Settings on the left.

Select the campus from the dropdown.

Select the Main Line.

Open the Business Hours & Call Routing section.

Scroll down and click Edit Call Routing.

Go to Call Routing > Open Hours Routing.

Under the Fallback Options > Option 1 you will click the upload icon to upload the campus info recording.
