Volunteers - Post Attendance Check-In

When a volunteer serves and isn't checked in at that time, follow these steps to post attendance.

If there is an existing serving opportunity in the system, follow along to easily check in volunteers.

If a serving opportunity is missing, follow the steps at the bottom of this article to set it up. Then check in your volunteers following these steps.

1. Open Check-in Groups in the left menu.

2. Expand the Volunteer drop-down menu. Click the arrow to the left.

3. Search for your ministry's volunteer role.

Continue to expand the drop-down arrows until you find your location and ministry.

4. Select the area where you need to check in your volunteer.

  • A new window will appear to the right listing the volunteers assigned to that role.
  • To the right, above the list of volunteers, there is a check box icon.
  • Click the icon to go to the next step.

5. This example uses Photographer on the Worship Team. Click the correct date to check in your leader.

6. Click on any leaders missing for that date; if they are highlighted in blue, they are marked as Present. The system will automatically save your changes.

How to Add Attendance if the Service Time you're looking for is missing.

Follow steps 1-4 to get to the post attendance check-in page.

Instead of selecting a service time, click the blue "+" icon on the right side of the window.

Once there, select the date from the top-left of the window.

Select your Campus from the Location menu.

After you choose your location, the "Schedule" option will appear, choose the time you are wanting to check people in for.

You can now check in your volunteers for that time as shown in steps 5 and 6!
