Below is a checklist and video demonstrations of a few simple ways you can make a great impact and help the organization maintain our technical equipment in the Auditorium and Amp rooms. We are a small team maintaining a lot of equipment and we cannot do it alone.
Each area has specific tasks that you can help with either weekly or quarterly. We have provided detailed videos on how to perform each task.
When you complete one of these tasks, please complete the forms attached with the specific task performed and any important details involved.

Checklists and How to Videos:
Weekly:
- Wipe surface.
- Dust off and blow out equipment.
- Clean keyboards and mice.
- Clean LCD screens.
- Clean and vacuum under booth.
Quarterly:
- Computer file management.
Weekly:
- Wipe down side TVs.
- Under-stage organization.
Quarterly:
- Cable management.
- Verify functionality of lights on stage.
- Verify functionality of lights in air.
- Dust lights on stage.
Weekly:
- Minimize and remove dust in any way possible.
- Organization.
- Wipe down microphone grills with a Clorox wipe.
Quarterly:
- Clean the amp filters.
- Verify Mic and IEM RF coordination (more information coming soon).
- Deep clean microphone grills.
Quarterly:
- Verify inventory quantity by model.
- Verify serial numbers on any equipment on the ground.
- Go to Tech.Life.Church and select Asset Panda on the top menu.
- Login via your campus volunteer login:

- password: send password request to [email protected]
- Sort by Room by selecting the Room radio button
- Verify the serial numbers of each piece of gear that is accessible. Simply verify quantity of anything higher up. If you find any discrepancies, please submit a ticket via http://tech.life.church.
