There are several ways to search for an individual or household through RMS:
- Full Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Key tag/QR Code Number
Visit RMS: https://rms.life.church/
Search for a Person.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Name in the upper right side of the screen. This will display search options.
Select the name from the list that appears below the search bar.
Alternatively, press Enter after entering the name in the search bar to pull up a list of all results.
This process is the same for entering an email or phone number. Just make sure you have that search option enabled.
When searching for a Key Tag or QR Code number, set the search bar to "Name."
Selecting other Household members
If you navigate to the profile of someone who is part of the Household, you will be able to select other members of the Household from that profile.
