Go to Settings
Go to General/About > Name
Change the name to "First Last iPad"
Go to link below
Click Allow
Click "Close"
Go back to Settings > Profile Downloaded
Click "Install"
Click "Install"
Click "Trust"
Click "Done"
If you don't have a passcode setup, you will be asked to set one.
