Log into Formstack
Click on the Forms tab
Find your team folder
On each form you will see Submissions. Click on this.
Sort by date submitted to find your most recent submission.
Pro Tip: Please check in the Uncategorized folder as well. If you didn't assign a folder for a form you created, it will appear within the uncategorized folder.
