Accessing Tableau on Mac - Keychain Issue

If you are encountering an issue connecting to tableau.life.church it may be caused by a bad keychain login. To correct this issue, follow the steps below.

Important Note: If you're using Google Chrome to access Tableau, the steps below may not resolve the issue. Instead, you simply may need to delete the browser cache in Chrome to resolve the issue. 

Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access

Select "login" on the left.

Delete the "primaryrefreshtoken"

After you delete this token go back to tableau.life.church and sign in again.
