When you enter \\creative\production in File Explorer you might be prompted by your Windows machine to sign in. This will likely default to your Pin or Facial Recognition. Neither of those options will grant you access to Production.
You will need to use your Life.Church email and password to gain access to \\creative\production.
Click "More options"  when you see the sign in window appear. Then select "username and password"

From there you can sign in with the correct credentials (email and password)
