Please Note: even though all staff can access the Share Drive, you will not have access to all folders located there.
If there is a folder or folders you need access to that you currently don't, please reach out to IT to obtain appropriate access.
Open File Explorer
Enter \\lc-files01 in the address field.
When you enter \\lc-files01 in File Explorer you might be prompted by your Windows machine to sign in. This will likely default to your Pin or Facial Recognition. Neither of those options will grant you access to \\lc-files01.
You will need to use your Life.Church email and password to gain access to \\lc-files01.
Click "More options" when you see the sign in window appear. Then select "username and password"
From there you can sign in with the correct credentials (email and password)
Click on Staff Photos
You can now access the photo used for your Staff Portal picture
Click Go > Connect to Server... (you can also use the keys Command + K)
Type smb://lc-files01 in the address field. Click Connect.
You can click on the + to save the location so you don't have to enter it every time.
Click Connect
Sign in with first.last and your Life.Church password (not computer password)
Select Staff Photos and OK
You can now access the photo used for your Staff Portal picture
