Content Camera for Teams

Content cameras are available for use with MS Team and the Logitech TAP touch panel in most conference rooms.

The content camera allows a white board in the room to be shared with remote participants even when the white board is not directly visible to the primary camera.

Super simple to use. Here's how!

For best results use bold, large, dark, white-board markers.

Write big!!!!

1. Join a Teams meeting, or start a new meeting from the room.

2. Press the share content button shown below.

3. The camera will see the whiteboard and then fit the whiteboard to the screen and automatically share it with any participant.

4. Using a black dry erase marker, you can now write on the whiteboard.

5. The image should show up on the screen.

Fun fact!!!! You can stand directly in front of the board and people will still be able to see your content.

Remember, the bolder the marker the better.

You mostly just need a clean board and good markers, but if you have any questions just give us a call or submit a Help Desk request.

Enjoy!!!
