Microsoft Teams and Camera Setting on a Macbook

If video chat in Teams isn't working on your Macbook, it's more than likely a privacy setting that isn't enabled. This article will walk you through enabling Teams in your System Preferences.

1. Navigate to 'System Preferences'.

2. Open 'Security & Privacy'

3. Click on the 'Privacy' tab and then find the 'Camera' tab on the left pane.

4. Unlock the padlock in the bottom left hand corner and type your computer password in to unlock the settings.

5. Make sure Teams is enabled in the right pane. It should look like the image below:

6. Restart Teams and your camera should work now in video chats!
