This article will show you how to export your Connection Requests to Excel to be worked or given to
a volunteer. You can export just your Connections or any assigned to your team.
1. Finding Connections
Click on the People Icon in the menu bar on the left side of the screen
Select Connections
2. Select your campus and either your requests or your campus requests
Click the drop down in the upper right side of the screen and select your campus.
Select either All Requests or My Requests
3. Select the Connection Request
Click on the item you want to export. In this example, I selected Serving Interest.
Note the numbers in the colored circles. If the connection item doesn't have any numbers, there are no requests on this item.
4. Filter for date range or status
1. Click the drop-down for Filter Options.
* These items can be left blank to pull all items or narrowed down to a specific date range, state or last activity.
2. Select a Date Range, This can be a variety of dates including a date range.
3. Status - Field was imported from F1. You do not need to choose a status. Ignore the status.
4. You can also select the individual submitting the request
5. Select State
6. Search for Connector (the person that the item is directed to.
7. Select Lasts Activity
8. Click Apply Filter
5. Export to Excel
Click the Report icon in the lower right side of the screen.
