This article outlines steps to create a report that tracks your Swerve Students serving on the weekend. You will create a report within the Reports section of RMS. Finally, you will export your report to an Excel spreadsheet.

Run a Student Serving Attendance Report in RMS
- Click the Reports icon in the left column.
- Click Switch
Fill out the Campus, Ministry, Age Range, Attendance Range, and Attendance Date Range for the report you are looking to run.
The default age range is 10 -17
Student Leaders ages = 14 - 17
MS - Student Leader ages = 10 - 15
Note: Since Student Leaders age starts at 14 and MS - Student Leaders end at 15, you will get some overlap on the report
Click Filter when ready to run the report.
- Click the spreadsheet icon in the lower right side of the filter window.
