1. Go to 'portal.office365.com'.
2. Login to your email account.
3. Click the gear icon at the top of the screen.
4. Type 'pin' in the search box and click 'Reset pin'.
5. Click 'Reset my voice mail PIN'.
6. It will confirm if you want to reset your pin. Click 'Yes'.
7. You should receive an email that has your new pin.
