When an individual leaves a message for the Pastor on Call, the call must be acknowledged.
The Dialpad system will send you the following notifications:
- Push notification
When added as Pastor on Call - this will be listed under "Department".
Pastor on Call department = Campus code + POC
Listen to voicemails by clicking "Voicemail" tab.
After you listen and follow up with voicemail you may "Delete"
By deleting voicemail this prevents any confusion for future Pastor on Call.
