Click on your Calendar icon in Outlook.

Next to your name, click the options button > New Folder.

Name your calendar.

Right-click your new calendar and go to Sharing Permissions.

Click the + to add team members to your calendar.

Search for the team members you want to add. Click Add.

Click Done once you have shared with your team.
