Accessing Tableau on Mac - Keychain Issue

If you are encountering an issue connecting to tableau.life.church, it may be caused by a bad keychain login. To correct this issue, please follow the steps below.

Important Note: If you're using Google Chrome to access Tableau, the steps below may not resolve the issue. Instead, you may simply need to delete the browser cache in Chrome to resolve the issue. 

Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access

Select "login" on the left.

Delete the "primaryrefreshtoken".

After deleting this token go back to tableau.life.church and try signing in again.
