This document will show you how to hide a LifeGroup from the LifeGroup Search Tool in Life.Church’s website and Mobile App.
Find the LifeGroup that needs to be hidden.
- Click on the Groups icon in the column on the left of the window.
- Select View All LifeGroups.
- Expand your Region.
- Expand your Campus (the campus where the LifeGroup is currently)
- Click on the name of the LifeGroup that needs to be moved.
Edit your LifeGroup
Click the Edit button in the lower left side of the screen.
Determine if the LifeGroup needs to be Inactivated or Private
- If your group is in need of being a closed/private group you will want to check the Public checkmark so that there isn’t a checkmark present.
- Click Save.
3. If your group is no longer meeting you will want to check the Active checkmark so that there isn’t a checkmark present.
4. Select an Inactive Reason from the required dropdown box.
5. Optionally, you can write an Inactive Note.
6. Click Save.
