Outlook for Mac

2. Click on the 'Teams Meeting' button.

If you're editing a recurring meeting, then you will need to click 'Edit Series'.

3. Once the 'Teams Meeting' button is clicked, a pop up will show up below the meeting details.

4. Click 'Send Update'

Outlook for PC

If you're editing a recurring meeting, you'll need to click 'Entire Series' after double clicking the meeting on the calendar.

2. Click on the 'Teams Meeting' button.

4. Click 'Send Update'

Outlook Web App

The steps below are done through https://outlook.office.com/calendar/. It's simpler to switch meetings over from the Calendar web app, than the Outlook app.

The person who owns the meeting, or originally sent the meeting invite, needs to follow these steps.

1. Find the meeting and double click on it.

If it's a recurring meeting, then you will need to use the option 'The entire series' and click 'OK'.

2. Click the 'Edit' button in the top left corner.

3. Toggle the 'Teams meeting' option.

That will generate the Teams meeting link in the body of the meeting invite. But it won't show the link until after clicking on 'Send'.

4. Update Meeting Name, if needed, and Click 'Send'.
