Teams Notifications

If you're having issues with getting notifications on Teams, then this article will walk through the troubleshooting steps.

Are you having notification issues on your computer or phone?

What type of phone?

First, let's check your iOS settings for Teams notifications and disable mobile notification pause.

If Microsoft Teams' notification was already enabled, you can toggle it off and back on.

If any of those settings were off, then notifications could have not been received to your phone. Test to see if you'll get notifications after checking the setting above. Continue below, if you're still having issues.

Are you having trouble with notifications for a Teams Channel or a Chat?

By default, Teams will limit the notifications coming to your phone. Most of the time, notifications for channels, will be turned off.

Note that these steps and screenshots may vary from phone to phone.
