Apps and tools that use your Life.Church password include Life.Church Secure, VPN, Ramp, Formstack, Staff Portal, Tableau, Outlook, Workfront, and many others.
Follow these steps to change your Life.Church password.
- Windows PC users, this will also change your computer password.
- Mac users, this process only changes your Life.Church password. A separate process changes your Mac password.
Change your password online at portal.office.com.

When logged in to Microsoft, first click your name in the bottom left corner. Then click 'View account'.

Click Password on the left-hand side.

Enter your *Old password* first.
Under "Create new password", you'll enter your new password.
Make your password at least 15 characters (you can do more)
Examples:
- Whoever-Finds-God
- invites life change
Enter your new password again to "Confirm new password"; click submit.

If you have stored your Life.Church password in the past, you will need to enter the new password for LC apps and tools.
Other apps and tools like VPN, Formstack, the Secure Network and Tableau will require you to enter the new password the next time you login.
Within Outlook, a popup box will appear prompting you to enter the new password.

If not prompted, use the Outlook Settings panel to update your password.

Once there, open the Accounts tab and it should prompt you for your password again.
Most phones will prompt you to enter the new password when the Mail app checks for new mail.

You may need to manually enter the new password in the Mail App settings.
