Go to Settings.
Go to General/About > Name.
Change the name to "First Last iPad".
Go to the link below:
Click Allow.
Click "Close".
Go back to Settings > Profile Downloaded.
Click "Install".
Click "Install".
Click "Trust".
Click "Done".
If you don't have a passcode setup, you will be asked to set one.
