This help article will demonstrate how to download DVR recordings directly onto a computer.
1. On the homepage, click "Videos".
2. Click the 'Eye' icon on that video needing to be downloaded.
3. On the right side of the media player, click on the icon with three vertical dots.
4. In the menu, select "Download" and the format for the video file.
For most cases, MP4 will be the easiest to download DVR content.
5. After the format is selected, the download should start.
6. When the download is finished, the video will appear in the 'Downloads' folder of your computer.
Note that, depending on the size of the download and Internet connection, the video may take a few minutes to finish downloading.
