This article will walk you through the steps on how to remove a volunteer from a serving group.
E.g., if they move away and will no longer want to serve.
Under normal circumstances, you don't have to remove volunteers from a serving group.
If their background check has expired, the system will automatically remove them from the group
so they cannot check-in; they can be added back in once they have renewed their background check.
Removing a single volunteer from a Group.
Search for the volunteer by typing their name in the search window at the top.
Click on Groups.
Find the Group that you want this person removed from.
After entering the group and finding their name, click the red archive icon on the right side of the screen
Click OK after the box below opens.
Removing several people from a Serving Group.
Hover over the Check-In icon in the column on the left of the window.
Select Check-in Groups.
Expand Volunteer.
Expand Your Campus.
Expand Your Ministry.
Click on the Team you want the volunteers removed from.
Click the red archive icon next to the volunteers that you need to remove.
Click OK after the box below opens.
Repeat these steps for each volunteer that you need to remove from a serving group.
