Removing Posted Attendance

This article will show you how to remove attendance from an individual that was posted incorrectly
You can remove attendance for Volunteers or for Kids / Students

1. Removing attendance from a volunteer

Click on the Check-In icon in the column on the left.

Select Check-In Groups.

1.  Expand Volunteer.

2.  Expand your Campus.

3.  Expand your Ministry.

Expand the Role where the volunteer is posted.

Just below the map on the right, click the box with the check mark in it.

Click the number in the Attendance Count that coincides with the date of the attendance to be removed.

Uncheck the box next to the person that needs to be removed.

Click Save at the bottom.

2. Remove attendance from attendees (LifeKids or Switch)

Click on the Check-In icon in the column on the left.

Select Check-In Groups

1.  Expand Attender.

2.  Expand your Campus.

3.  Expand your Ministry.

4.  Select the room where the person is that needs to be removed.

Just below the map on the right, click the box with the check mark in it.

Click the number in the Attendance Court that coincides with the date of the attendance to be removed.

Uncheck the box next to the person that needs to be removed.

Click Save at the bottom
