When using Formstack submissions in workflows or smart lists, be sure you always restrict by date. Unless you have a reason to do otherwise, choosing "Rolling dates" and "Happened less than 8 days ago" option is your best bet.
The reason for this is because we periodically merge contacts in HubSpot (for example merging an outdated email address with an updated one). If you don't restrict by date, there's a chance contacts will get unnecessary follow-up when this happens. The date restriction prevents this.
