Disclaimer: HubSpot only pulls F1 contacts that meet the following requirements:
- Has a status of Attendee and a Substatus representing the campus they attend.
- Has a household position of head, spouse, or child.
This means contacts with a status of "New from website," household positions of Other or Visitor, and anything else not matching the requirements above will not be added to HubSpot.

This looks at a few different contact properties to determine who has an approved background check at NOC but last served over 26 weeks ago (i.e. hasn't served in the last six months).
One Important Distinction
Before you dive into specific fields, there's one thing you should understand first.
The difference between F1 Campus and other campus fields (e.g. Last Check-In - Crosstown Campus).
F1 Campus is taken directly from a person's Fellowship One profile. It's the three-letter code found in the above screenshot.
However, it's not the only campus field. You'll notice there are other campus fields like:
- Last Gift - Tithes/Offerings Campus
- Last Served - LifeKids Campus
- Communication Card - Commit to Christ Campus
Those campus fields are used to more accurately identify which campus a person engages at. A person's F1 Campus may show TUL when they actually tithe and serve at BAO. That means if you want to email givers at a specific campus, F1 Campus is not a reliable field to use.
When creating lists and workflows targeting a campus, be sure you use F1 Campus or the campus-specific field where appropriate. That's why it's important to understand when to use what.
- Use F1 Campus when you want a general idea of who attends a specific campus.
- Use the campus-specific fields when you're targeting people based on an action they took.
An easy rule of thumb is if your list or workflow involves a field that has a campus-specific option, use that field instead of F1 Campus.
