Importing Unsupported Document Types

There are times you will need to add an unsupported document type into SmartSearch. This guide will show you how to upload those files to the server.

Select the archive you want to upload the document to.

From the top bar, select 'Import Documents.'

Click 'Add.'

Click 'Add.'

Set file type to 'All Files' and then select your document.  Press 'Open.'

Click on 'Data' to enter document data.

From the 'Documents' tab, you can add more files, if needed, otherwise click 'OK' to add the document.

To view, open the document and click 'Launch Document' from the Content Management bar.
