Log into the Dialpad admin portal
Click 'Main Line'
Select Business Hours & Call Routing
Under Business Hours, click 'Add Holiday'
From the dropdown select the holiday you want to add
Click 'Confirm'
Select the hours the holiday should take effect
Select 'Closed Hours Routing' and 'Other routing options'
Upload the holiday greeting
Holiday greetings are pre-recorded and will be sent by the Central Campus Ops team. You'll simply need to upload the greeting for the respective holiday. You will not need to record greetings.
'Save changes' at the bottom
You will now see the holiday listed under Holiday Hours
Important Note: You will not need to change the voicemail back after the holiday. The default settings will return automatically after the holiday is over.
