Follow these steps to resolve issues with e-Learning videos in Google Chrome.
1. Visit learning.life.church. In the address bar of the browser, you will see an icon to the left of the address. Click the icon.
The icon will vary depending on the status of the page. It could be a small 'i' or a padlock like the example below.
2. Click Site settings.
3. Allow "Pop-ups and redirects" for the learning.life.church site.
4. Close the settings page.
5. Once you've made these changes, close all browser windows and restart Google Chrome.
6. Return to learning.life.church, login and try your lesson again.
