Formstack - Giving Folder Permissions

This article will walk through the steps for assigning permissions to your ministry's folder.

Guide to folder permissions:

  • Folder Admin - Complete access to data, form builder, and settings for all forms in the selected folder.
  • Edit Submissions - Can view, search, download, and edit submitted data for all forms in the selected folder.
  • View Submissions - Can view, search, and download submitted data for all forms in the selected folder.

On the 'Login' drop down menu select 'Forms'

Type your LC credentials.

Click 'Log in with Life.Church Azure SSO'

Notice you will be prompted to sign-in with Authenticator

Click the 'Forms' tab to access the Campus folder.

Click on your top-level folder, such as Campus.

Folder permissions are assigned to the top level Campus folder, not individual campus folders.

Notice the Campus folder contains subfolders for each individual campus.

Click 'Folder Settings'

Add indvidual

Select or Search for User Ex. Wellington Host Team

Select 'Edit'

Choose Permission

Click 'Set Permissions'
