If broken, steps to getting a replacement

Submit a HelpDesk ticket

Inform the HelpDesk that you have a broken unit. If this is near an experience time, call 405-265-4357 (HELP) or x3000.

This is very important, even if you have a back-up unit at your campus we need to know so that we can follow the proper procedures and also get a replacement unit.

You may have a back-up unit already at your campus.

HelpDesk will be able to check if you have a back-up unit at your campus and help you locate it and set it up.

If no back-up unit is currently at your campus, IT will send you a new unit.

Or in the case of an emergency will help you figure out the proper way to acquire a new unit and add it to our asset management system.

Once received, replace broken unit with new unit and then perform a manual update.

Here are instructions to perform a manual update.
