This article will show you how to switch from the Kiosk user to a standard Check-In user account on Windows check-in machines.
Turn on the computer
Once the computer has turned on, it will automatically sign into the Kiosk user. Below are the steps to switch to the Check-in user.
1. Close the Rock Application
2. Click on the "USER" button in the bottom left
3. Click Switch User
4. Click Other User in the bottom left
5. Use the following credentials (use all bolded)
username = .\check-in
Password = 1234
6. Once you are signed in, verify you are connected to the "rrisd" network. If you are connected, launch rock and you're good to go!
