Delete Cache-Mobile Devices

With so many apps and websites used on  your devices, they tend to accumulate a lot of temporary files that can cause your web page not to load or slow down the device's performance over time. Clearing the cache on your mobile device can help free up space and improve its overall performance. Here are the steps to delete cache on major mobile browsers.

iPhone

Safari

  1. Open  the Settings app on your iPhone scroll down to Safari in the list.
  2. Scroll to Advanced option.
  3. Select Website Data.
  4. Select Remove All Website Data.
  5. Select Remove Now.

 

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Select 3 dots ...  at bottom right .
  3. Select Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Select Cached Images and Files.
  5. Select Clear Browsing Data at bottom center.
  6. Select Clear Browsing Data again to confirm.

 

Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Select 3 dots ... at bottom center.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Privacy and Security.
  5. Select Clear Browsing Data.
  6. Select Cached Images and Files.
  7. Select Clear Now at bottom center.
  8. Select Clear Now to confirm

Android

Chrome

  1. On your Android phone, open the Chrome app  .
  2. At the top right, select 3 dots .
  3. Tap History   
  4. Select Clear browsing data.
  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  6. Next to "Cached images and files," check the box.
  7. Tap Clear data.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. At the top right, select 3 dots.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Clear Private Data.
  5. Select box next to Cache.
  6. Select Clear Data at bottom right.

Edge

  1. Open the Edge app,
  2. Tap Menu (the three dots at the bottom of the screen),
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Privacy and Security
  5. Tap Clear browsing data.
  6. Select Cached images and files.
  7. Tap Clear data.
