NextGen Roku Content Upload

Step 1: Resi (Video Upload)

Login at studio.resi.io

When you first login you may be met with the screen below. Click Dismiss.

Your landing page should look like the screen below.

Click Library

Click on Save Video at the top right of the screen.

Upload your video by clicking the Upload

Click browse and upload your video

Once it's uploaded, click Continue

Upload your thumbnail cover for the video

Click Upload

When you're done your Save Video screen will look like the screen below

Important Details

  1. Upload video (you may rename the video whatever you would like it to be
  2. Add a Title
  3. Add a Description
  4. Air Date & Air Time (select the date and time the video should first be available on the Roku)
  5. Upload Thumbnail

Click Save

Important: Wait until the video has completely uploaded before moving to the Mere Tech steps. It will take several minutes for the video to upload.

When the video is done uploading you will see the screen below. Click Continue

You will now see the Video and Thumbnail in the Library

Step 2: Mere Tech

Click the play button in Auto Import List

On the left side of the screen, select Media

Below is the media page with all the listed room content.

Click the Extended Details button on the content you're updating.

On this screen the two areas you'll be concerned with are Order of Assets (the order in which content will play on the Roku), and Video (where you will select the content you want to add)

In the Video section you will click the + which will add the videos you will want to the Order of Assets field.

In the Order of Assets field, the videos play from top to bottom. Be sure you place them in the correct order.

To reorder the videos, click and hold the camera icon to drag into the desired order.
