Log into dialpad.com

Click the Admin Settings on the left

Select the campus from the dropdown

Select the Main Line

Open the Business Hours & Call Routing section

Scroll down and click Edit Call Routing

Go to Call Routing > Open Hours Routing

Under the Fallback Options > Option 1 you will click the upload icon to upload the campus info recording.
