Select Business Hours & Call Routing (within POC department)
Business hours should be 24/7
In the Call Routing menu (Edit Call Routing) - select:
- Open Hours Routing
- Other routing options
- Directly to voicemail
Upload the POC_Recording in the Voicemail Greeting (bottom option)
