How to Reassign Connection Requests

This article will review the administrative functions for the Care Check follow-up process within Rock RMS. You will learn how to filter by campus, assigned connector, and how to reassign connectors if needed.

1. Navigate to rms.life.church and login.

2. Hover over the person icon on the left sidebar and click on "Manage Requests".

3. On this page you will see a list with all the requests. Choosing different options in the "Filter" section will filter the list. 

Filter by Campus

To filter by a particular campus, click on the "Campus" field and type the campus or the campus code. 

Click on the campus. In this case "EDM - Edmond".

Click on "Submit" to filter the list.

You can also filter by "Assigned Connector" to check on the status of a particular connector.

Reassign a connector

1.  From the Filtered, Results, Click on the Attende you want to reassign or reactivate the contact request

2. Click "Edit"

3. Select a different eligible connector (pictured in the dropdown)

If you need to change a Connection Request to active, change the state (#2) to "Active" so it will appear in the lists again.

If you need to change the campus of the Connection Request, Select the new campus in the "Campus" Dropdown (#3)

(after you do this, you will need to set a connector at that campus so that they'll be able to work on it).
