This article will help you with scheduling through:
Schedule a meeting via the Teams app
1. Select New meeting.
2. Type in a meeting title and enter a location.
An online meeting is created by default.
3. Choose a start and end time, and add details if needed.
4. Enter names in the Invite people box to add them to the meeting.
5. See everyone's availability in the Attendees list and, if needed, choose a suggested time or select
To invite someone outside your organization, type in their email address and they'll get an invite to join as a guest — even if they don't have Microsoft Teams.
6. Under Select a channel to meet in, select the drop-down arrow to manage your meeting's privacy settings:

- Select None to keep your meeting private.
- Select a channel to open the meeting to team members.
If your meeting gets posted in a channel, it'll appear under the Posts tab. Team members can set agendas, share files, or add comments.
Schedule a Teams Meeting in Outlook for Mac
If you're a delegate, you'll need to select the calendar of the person who your are a delegate for. Then follow the steps below.
1. Click on 'Create New Meeting'
2. Add attendees, meeting details, location, etc.
3. Click on the 'Teams Meeting' button. That will create a meeting link in Teams.
The link for 'Teams Meeting' will not show up in the body of the meeting invite until after the invitation is sent.
4. Set the location of the meeting. If you're booking a Conference room, you'll need to add it in the location of the meeting invite.
5. Once the invite is ready to send, click 'Send'.
6. Verify the Teams link has been added to the meeting. You can double click on the meeting and the Teams link should be in the body of the invite.
Schedule a Teams Meeting in Outlook for PC
If you're a delegate, you'll need to select the calendar of the person who your are a delegate for. Then follow the steps below.
1. Click on 'New Meeting'.
2. Add attendees, meeting details, location, etc.

3. Click on the 'Teams Meeting' button.
The Teams link will appear in the body on the meeting invite. This is different than the Outlook for Mac steps.
4. Set the location of the meeting. If you're booking a Conference room, you'll need to add it in the location of the meeting invite.

Schedule a Teams Meeting in the Outlook Web App
The steps below are done through https://outlook.office.com/calendar/.
If you're a delegate, you'll need to go to portal.office.com first. Then click on your initials in the top right corner, and click 'Open another mailbox'. Once that's selected, you can now go to 'Calendar' and follow the steps below.
1. Click on 'New event'.
2. Add attendees, meeting details, location, etc.
3. Toggle on the 'Teams Meeting' button. That will create a meeting link in Teams.
The link for 'Teams Meeting' will not show up in the body of the meeting invite until after the invitation is sent.
