When a volunteer needs access to Rock RMS to manage people or connections, request access for them.
Visit RMS: https://rms.life.church/
1. First, check the report to confirm they do not have access.
Reports > All Ministry Reports > Volunteers with access to Rock (filter by your campus).
2. When you find a volunteer who needs access, submit a request.
Complete this form: http://go2.lc/rmsrequest.
3. We will reach out when they have been added as a volunteer in Rock RMS.
4. If the volunteer does not use the LC App or online giving, they will need to create a Rock volunteer account.

Volunteers must login at the Rock RMS Volunteer site at rms.life.church/volunteer.
They will use their Life.Church credentials (for online giving or the LC App).
If they attempt to login to their Life.Church account and are unsuccessful, they can try logging in with Facebook, Google, or reset their password.
