This article will show you how to view live check-ins for each ministry area.
1. Go to Reports
1. Click on the Report Icon
2. Select All Ministry Reports
Click Live Check-In.
2. Select your Ministry
- Select your Campus.
- Select the Date. (You can see previous dates by changing this field - if you don't select a date, it will use today as a default)
- Click Next.

3. Click Next
3. View Volunteers by Group Name/Team
Find the Group Name/Team and click the number in the Volunteer column to the right to display the names of the people who are checked in.
The report will display the name of the person, their current age, and date of birth.
4. Viewing Volunteers or Participant
When viewing LifeKids Live Check-in, you can see how many volunteers and how many participants are in a room.
Click the number in the Volunteer column to the right to display the names of the people who are checked in.
