Adding Former Name (Maiden or previous) and secondary email address.

This article will show you how to add a former name, (in the case of a divorce or marriage) 
Also, where to enter a secondary email address.

1. Search for the household

Search for the household by typing the first few letters of the first and last name in the search area.

2. Adding or changing a last name.

This would occur when someone gets married or divorced.
Please save the former name.

Click the Edit Pencil on the right side of the screen of the person you need to update.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the Advanced Settings bar.

Click  the + in the Previous Last Names area

1.  Enter the former last name.

2.  Click Save.

Click Save at the bottom to complete.

3. Entering a secondary email address(s)

Follow the instructions above for adding a former name.  

In the Advanced Settings box, click the + on the right side of the Search Keys bar.

Enter the Search Type = Email.

Enter the additional email address in the Search Value area

Click Save

This will allow you to search by any email addresses that are associated with this person.
Click to copy

Click Save at the bottom to complete this task.
